"Elim Escape" A beautiful lake house to come enjoy your stay at Toledo Bend. This waterfront gem has all the comforts of home and the convenience of a great location. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with plenty of outdoor deck space for grilling and watching the sunsets. The downstairs is a separate unit consisting of 1 bedroom and bath, living and dining area, full kitchen and a laundry room. This downstairs unit also has a covered sitting area and grill space. Each floor can be rented individually or together. A private subdivision boat launch and neighborhood pier is next door.
Amenities: Sleeps 6-10 people. Beds: Upstairs has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 sets of Bunks, 1 queen size air mattress. Downstairs has 1 Queen. A washer and dryer are located in each unit, charcoal BBQ pit, Starlink Internet are available in both units.
Pricing: Upstairs, $350 per night. Downstairs $200 per night. Both units together, $450 per night. Applicable taxes and a $100 cleaning fee for upstairs, $50 for downstairs will apply to all rentals.
Small well trained dogs are allowed with a $50 non-refundable pet deposit.
