Queen size beds in both bedrooms. There is a comfortable recliner, a loveseat, and a futon in the living room. The futon folds out into a bed. The living room and both bedrooms have window units. There are two portable space heaters and a wall heater near the dining table. The kitchen has a gas oven and stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a full size refrigerator/freezer.
Guests can park in the driveway or in front of the house. There is a gravel bed in the yard that spans from the driveway to the north window which provides ample room to park boat & trailer. Conveninet electrical outlet for charging boat is near the steps going into the screen porch. The property is accessible by boat, even with the water level at 165, which is 7 ft. below full pool.
There is a boat launch about 30 yards from the camp. The camp is about 5 minutes from Ole Yeller/1215 launch, and only 15 minutes from Toledo Town and Zwolle, and 5 minutes from the Shell Station on Carter's Ferry Road.
