Green Markets

The Cane River Green Market is Natchitoches’ only local farmers market featuring a variety of locally-grown produce; value-added products such as eggs, breads, milk, wines, jams and jellies; and handmade crafts to include jewelry, artwork, and woodcarvings. Located on the downtown riverbank, the Market will be open every Saturday from April 27 – July 27 and select dates in the fall from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. A lively, family-friendly atmosphere is created through live music, kids’ activities, educational programming, and special events throughout the season.
