This 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly constructed waterfront property is great for a place to relax after a day of fishing. Centrally located on Toledo Bend with access to its own private subdivision boat launch. Can be rented upstairs or downstairs as separate units.

Services:

Upstairs sleeps up to 8 people. Beds: The master bedroom has a queen, 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. Downstairs has a Queen bed and a fluton sofa. Also has a full kitchen, living area, washer/dryer, and covered patio. DirecTV, wireless internet and a charcoal BBQ pit are available for use.

Rates:

Upstairs, $350 per night for 1 or 2 nights, $300 per night for 3 nights or more. Downstairs, $200 per night for 1 or 2 night, $150 per night for 3 nights or more. Both units together, $450 per night for 1 or 2 nights. $400 per night for 3 nights or more. Applicable taxes and a $60 cleaning fee for upstairs, $40 for downstairs will apply to all rentals. Weekly rates quoted depending on season ans availability.
